Um dos assuntos mais comentados essa semana foi o novo canal Record News, o primeiro de notícias 24 horas por dia em TV aberta. Entrando no lugar da Rede Mulher, ele traz uma proposta interessante por fornecer notícias às pessoas que não dispõem dos horários que passam os telejornais comuns, e a Record foi bem mais esperta que a Globo News, pois entrou de vez na casa dos brasileiros sem necessidade de TV por assinatura ou parabólica.
Assisti à cerimônia de abertura, e quando vi a presença de muitos políticos já comecei a ver a coisa de outra maneira... José Serra e o presidente Lula, que inclusive deu início às transmissões com o gesto simbólico de apertar o botão "No Ar", participaram e me chamou a atenção o discurso do presidente, cujas palavras foram “Graças aos esforços de tantos que lutaram pela democracia no país, a imprensa hoje tem plena liberdade para exercer sua missão.A Constituição e as leis garantem a livre atuação dos meios de comunicação." Só se for na lei, porque de livre a imprensa só é para manipular as informações e deturpá-las de modo obter mais audiência, e fechar mais contratos com patrocinadores. Exemplo clássico foi o governo de FHC que tanto injetou dinheiro na Rede Globo, e por isso que os escândalos com corrupção foram mais discretos. E tem gente que ainda fala que a imprensa é transparente...
O Bispo Edir Macedo aproveitou para dar indiretas à rede Globo: "Nós fomos injustiçados por muitos anos por um grupo de comunicação que tinha e e mantém o monopólio da notícia no Brasil. Daí nosso desejo de dar um fim a esse monopólio." . É evidente que a Rede Record teve um crescimento incalculável nos útlimos anos, com novelas de qualidade, estúdios modernos, contratação de profissionais competentes, e tecnologia comparada à BBC e à Al Jazeera. Mas acontece que esse crescimento foi alicerçado em capital proveniente das Igrejas de Edir, que exploram as pessoas e capitalizam a fé. E particularmente torço pra que a Record supere a Globo em todos os sentidos, mas é lamentável saber que por trás da imprensa existe uma indústria de fazer dinheiro às custas do suor de trabalhadores que têm como sentido de sua vida freqüentar e ajudar financeirmente a Igreja.
Meio fora do assunto, mas o mundo está mesmo perdido... qual a próxima "celebridade" que quer entrar na vida política? Sabrina Sato! Agora quer ser vereadora de São Paulo, e ainda faz questão de deixar claro que não será corrupta. Sem comentários...
